A look at Beacon Hill in 2008

The Beacon Hill Blog started publishing in October, so we don’t have a whole year’s worth of stuff to look back at as 2008 passes into history. We do, though, have the last quarter to reminisce about. Here are some photos of the Hill this autumn and early winter from the Beacon Hill Blog photo pool on Flickr. We would like to add special thanks to the folks who have posted photos to the pool so far. Beacon Hill has some amazing photographers and we appreciate your vision and generosity in sharing that vision with all of us. Happy New Year, everyone!

  1. Can you believe UPS dropped the package 9:14 Monday night and I didn’t even hear a knock? It was a netbook and it was sitting outside my front door all night. I didn’t know it was delivered until I checked the status the following morning. I’m surprised it was still there! I had to go down to Fedex to get the other package on Monday. I think it would sit there forever if I hadn’t. What about people who can’t make it there?

The last two weeks of this month I could without ever again.

  2. UPS delivered a two-day air package last night at 10:15pm. It had been originally shipped on December 16th.

They still have one more package of mine, sent about the same time the same way, held somewhere.
