2. The Photographer should have been below Beacon Hill along Rainier Ave.,at 5:30 PM. Every Beacon Hill street was draining Into the street. I pity the poor commuters . Going up Beacon Hill each street had little rivers . More predicted all week .

3. one block away from this, the rain washed all my neighbor’s gravel out of his driveway, down the street, and into the middle of 18th.
