Big thanks to Frederica Merrell for assembling many of these meeting times and locations in a handout from the April NBHC meeting.
Can we also add another Rockit Space event that’s happening on April 30th?
It’s a Fundraiser for Lutheran Volunteer Corps – two LVCs work at El Centro de la Raza (I am one of them); 5 of us live in North Beacon Hill, and there are 12 other LVCs working, basically for free, at social service agencies around the city (and country).
LVC promotes social justice, simplicity, and sustainability. We’re hosting an art/music/poetry night on April 30th at Rockit Space to raise money for Puget Sound LVCs (there are 5 in Tacoma as well).
Here’s some more info! Thanks! 🙂
