I know it’s inconvenient, but when people find animals that are obviously pets, they should take them to a vet or shelter where they can be scanned for a microchip.
This looks like the dog on the “Lost” poster at the Genessee dog park.
I checked the poster at Genessee, and although the dog looks similar, the poster describes it as a black and white dog.
