Daniel Hicks, charged with the shooting deaths of his girlfriend and baby daughter last month near 13th and Ferdinand, has arrived back in the state in police custody and is being held in the King County Jail after having fled to California.

Hicks’s arraignment is scheduled for Tuesday.
